Rocco Laginestra is an Executive Vice President based in CBRE’s New York City office, where he exclusively provides consultative tenant representation services. Known for being a true business partner to his clients and performing in-depth analyses of their unique needs, he is well versed in tailoring creative real estate solutions to accommodate their business objectives including organic growth, M&A activity, and principal exit strategies, among others. Rocco has spent nearly two decades developing and cultivating exclusive and long-term relationships with numerous clients (see list below).
