Rod Keefe has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage since 1990. In 1991 Rod joined Kidder Mathews in Seattle as an office leasing tenant representation specialist. During his career Rod has completed offices leases totaling more than 3 million square feet of space. Since then he has expanded his practice to include representing clients in the purchase or sale of commercial properties. Rod is a long-time top producer for the company. Rod has developed extensive experience in negotiating leases, subleases, renewals, extensions, and buyouts for a wide range of for profit and not for profit organizations.
