Rodger founded Alliance Partners in 1994 following a highly successful, ten-year tenure with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, now known as CBRE. Alliance Partners is an association of experienced office and industrial brokers as well as other supporting real estate professionals.
Rodger's primary areas of expertise are in the development of industrial and office properties, facility and site assessments, and conducting property searches for corporate clients. Rodger has completed a number of successful office and industrial property transactions. Notable industrial deals include: a number of Mohawk Industries, Inc. facilities located in Columbus, Ohio (350,000 s.f. build-to-suit), Chicago, Illinois (580,000 s.f.), and Teterboro, New Jersey (617,000 s.f.). Other significant industrial deals include Robert Bosch Corporation (250,000 s.f. in Atlanta) and The Coca-Cola Company, (150,000 s.f. in Dallas, Texas). Notable office deals include: Namasco (Corporate Headquarters 20,000 s.f.), Hitachi Home Electronics (Corporate Headquarters, 50,000 s.f.), Georgia Baptist Medical Services (15,000 s.f.), and Beloit Corporation (Regional Headquarters, 27,000 s.f.). In 2001, Rodger completed a 120,000 s.f. office build-to-suit for the University System of Georgia.
Rodger received a M.B.A. from Wake Forest University in Operations Research. He is also an associate member of CoreNet Global, the leading international association of corporate real estate executives. In 2001 Rodger received the BCCR certification in corporate real estate from CoreNet Global. Rodger is also an active member of SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
