Rodney has more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience and is a proven leader in the hospitality market. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 he was VP with Grubb & Ellis for 12 years and prior to that he spent 18 years directing real estate disposition strategies for Host Marriott Corporation. He has developed a national reputation for helping hospitality industry companies evaluate the marketplace and align their strategic operational goals with their real estate interests. He recently has been involved with industrial development along the I-81 corridor west of the Washington-Baltimore Metro Market and has facilitated transactions totaling more than $46 million. Among his clients are Burger King Corp., First Industrial REIT, Host Marriott Corp., BPG LTD, National Wildlife Foundation and FedEx Ground.
