Roger’s past experience at Ashwill Burke, Lee & Associates, Rhoades Ewing Development, Bishop Hawk, Grubb & Ellis, and DAUM totaled more than 7.1 million square feet of industrial and office space with a value above $470 million. From 1981 to 2002, Roger was the founding partner of Rhoades Ewing Development. He was responsible for forward planning, land acquisition, entitlement, construction, and marketing, including lease and sale activities. During this time, Rhoades Ewing successfully built five build-to-suit buildings and seven business parks in Orange and San Diego counties. In total, 84 buildings were developed with the completion of 984,828 square feet valued at $289,832,000.
