With over 40 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Rolf Adomeit is a highly valued member of the Toronto East Retail Group. He has an extensive background in Real Estate development, Sale of Investment Properties and the Retail Leasing field. Clients also benefit from his skills as an effective negotiator, representing Tenants, Landlords and property owners.
He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000, specializing in Retail Leasing, sales of Retail Investment Properties and Commercial Development Sites.
Mr. Adomeit has also worked with Franchisors, sourcing potential sites for their Franchisees.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Adomeit operated as a partner in two Real Estate firms and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
