Romain is a Property Manager at Presidio Bay Ventures where he is responsible for overseeing developments across PBV’s portfolio including the management of budgets, developing and maintaining tenant and vendor relationships, onboarding new properties, monitoring project timelines, identifying contractors, and negotiating contracts. Curious and innovative, Romain has over six years of experience in property management.
Previously, Romain was an Assistant Property Manager at Jamestown Urban Management where he assisted in the day-to-day oversight of class A office space, ensuring timely and consistent collection of rents and prudent management of operating costs. He prepared yearly operating budgets for multiple projects to ensure a smooth operating process and identified potential liabilities in previous iterations. As a graduate of the University of San Francisco, Romain is a long-time local to the San Francisco Bay Area and strong contributor to PBV’s dynamic team of innovative thinkers.
