Ron Jasinski has over 26-years of commercial real estate experience and has completed many large and complex real estate assignments with successful results. He specializes in office and industrial sales and lease transactions including investments sales during his tenure. Ron’s creative and strategic experience has enabled him to develop the Colliers Cost Containment program which includes forensic auditing of tenant’s lease costs. He also developed the Direct Invest model which has been used successfully by corporate clients such as Federal Express and MARS Canada.
Ron has served as the lead Corporate Real Estate Advisor for Federal Express, Intier, Goodrich and Mars Canada and has managed international portfolios in his recent past. Some of Ron’s recent transactions in the GTA West include Sobey’s Inc, 237,000 square foot lease, and Jevco Insurance 65,000 square foot lease.
Ron is a recipient of the Carolyn Noffsinger Award, an international award for dedication to service excellence, mentorship, and development of professional services. He is also a multiple winner of Colliers Award of Excellence as a Top 20 National Sales Performer. He was nominated for SIOR Broker of the Year.
