Ron has over thirty years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Previously as Vice President of Real Estate for McWhinney, he was directly responsible for all aspects of leasing and sales activities, as well as managing a portfolio of commercial properties. Ron has been responsible for negotiating over 2,000 office leases throughout Colorado and Wyoming with national and regional companies, and has a successful track record of investment sales, historical office redevelopment and creating value enhancement strategies.
Ron holds a masters of business administration degree and a bachelor of science degree in business administration and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado since 1986. He is the past president of the Larimer County Food Bank and the Northern Colorado Commercial Area Realtors. He obtained the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA International in 1991, is the past President of the Centerra Commercial Owners Association, and has been actively involved with Denver Metro BOMA, serving as its Chairman of the Membership Committee in 1997 and 1998.
