Throughout his real estate career, Ron had trained and coached over 100 Jersey Shore Real Estate Agents to embrace real estate as a full-time career, experience ranging from 6 days to 35 years. Ron has operated and managed real estate companies and has a great appreciation for the work that it takes to be successful in the real estate industry.
Family life is very important to Ron. Blessed to be married for 27 years , the Shafferys are proud parents to 3 current college students.
