I have been affiliated with Hunt Commercial Real Estate since July 2019. A company I have long admired for both its success in the industry and innovation.
I am a Real Estate Broker Associate, CEA, A specialist in all aspects of commercial investment property; for the sale and acquisition of office, apartment, industrial, and retail buildings. I also work as a site selection Broker for local and national companies looking to build a project to suit tenants or on spec. Once leased I can sell any of these properties as investments, also a specialty in conjunction with property value analysis, leasing, and funding help. I strive to create a successful lasting portfolio for my clients. Being a Commercial Agent since 1984 and a Broker Associate since 1990, I have negotiated many transactions and witnessed many market changes. I have always been able to find the area of Real Estate or type of property that will be in demand in the marketplace.
