Ron graduated from Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business. He has been a professional sales consultant, marketer, and negotiator for over 15 years. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Ron worked in medical device sales for Stryker Instruments, taking the worst territory in the country to become the highest ranked. He is a seasoned analytical person with extreme diligence, which always results in client satisfaction.
Ron's real estate career began 10 years ago. Ron, along with his business partner Mike Pesce, founded and built one of the largest sales teams on Long Island amassing over $100,000,000.00 in sales volume and over one hundred homes sold in 2021.
