Ron Perry joined Savills Boston office in 2021 as Executive Managing Director and focuses on serving tenants – from professional service firms and global brands to technology and life science companies. With a specialty in the downtown and greater Boston markets, he also advises clients across the country and around the world. Ron has earned his role as a strategic partner to his clients and integrates their business goals into his real estate advice regarding site selection, transaction structuring and portfolio management.
Ron joined Savills following the company’s 2021 partnership with T3 Advisors -- the leading real estate and workplace solutions advisor to technology and life sciences companies. Prior to joining Savills, he served as a Principal at Avison Young. With over three decades of experience, his signature transactions include State Street Bank’s 500,000 SF build-to-suit in the Seaport, Loomis Sayles 350,000 SF lease restructuring at One Financial Center, Unum’s 200,000 SF build-to-suit in Worcester, MA, and the management of DataXu’s global portfolio. During his tenure at Avison Young, he led a team that arranged 260 transactions totaling approximately 2.6 million SF, representing $970 million in transaction value.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Ron spent 30 years at Colliers International. He served in roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as President of the firm and head of its Boston brokerage operations.
