With a three-decade engagement in South Florida's commercial real estate sector, Ronald Schagrin specializes primarily in sales and leasing activities encompassing downtown and suburban office, retail, and industrial properties. His approach to landlord representation hinges on leveraging his extensive real estate acumen to devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets. Ronald also extends his support to tenants and buyers, furnishing them with crucial market insights and avenues for investment.
Before affiliating with Colliers, Ronald Schagrin co-established and managed Commercial Property Realty Advisors, a comprehensive real estate enterprise later acquired by Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate in 2006. This pivotal role exposed him to multifaceted responsibilities, fostering a constant pursuit of elevated standards and service distinction.
Having proudly called Fort Lauderdale home for over five decades, Ronald actively participates in various community entities and has held notable leadership roles. His pivotal contributions include being a founding Board Member of Gilda’s Club South Florida, where he subsequently assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has also lent his insights as an Advisory Board member for both the Fort Lauderdale unit of the American Cancer Society and the Salvation Army of Greater Fort Lauderdale. Ronald's extensive involvement in these associations has merited him numerous acknowledgments as a community luminary, including the honor of bearing the Olympic Torch in 1984.
