Ronnie S. Issenberg is a native to South Florida, born in North Miami, started working in the Investment Real Estate Community since 1998 managing his portfolio of Multi Family properties and since 2005, been a member of the National Retail & Land Groups of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in brokerage of Single Tenant Retail and Fuel Service Assets. Through the deepest understanding of my client s investment needs, I am able to nurture relationships and guide their investment strategy to achieve the maximum equity return that any given market will allow. He is also active with the Urban Land Institute, Builder s Association of South Florida, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Florida Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association.
