Ms. Ailabouni is the managing partner of RMA Strategies. An executive with over 20 years of experience, she advises and assists C-suite and senior management clients in commercial, government, and non-profit organizations in the United States and abroad. Her expertise in strategic development & implementation, business process improvement, organizational design and analysis and change management coupled with her knowledge of automation and AI have been used to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within departments and organizations to better improve overall customer experience. She has also streamlined and optimized processes to impact governance, business operational efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of organizations. Ms. Ailabouni has led the change management of several enterprise-wide IT projects at Fortune 500 companies as well. Ms. Ailabouni managed and oversaw the acceleration of IT modernization at a federal agency, harnessing private sector innovation best practices and applied them to government services to deliver expertise-driven holistic transformation. Ms. Ailabouni also led community development projects through social and housing initiatives focused on foster youth and low/ very low income individuals in the Midwest Region of the United States. Through her work, she helped reduce homelessness for former foster youth between the ages of 18 and 25 by reaching out to nearly 1,000 stakeholders to include State child welfare agencies, Federal agencies, non-profits, living coordinators, advocates, and foster youth to advise them on emergent HUD policies and programs that provide safe and stable housing. Ms. Ailabouni holds several advanced level university degrees including a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, a Masters degree (Diplome) from Sciences Po Paris and Graduate Certificates in Homeland Security, Emergency Preparedness and Response and Western European Studies from George Washington University and Columbia University, respectively. She holds two Bachelor degrees in International Affairs and Political Science, and French from The Ohio State University. Ms. Ailabouni is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner. She is also certified as an Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). She currently serves as a Board member of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, and previously, as a Board Member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association.
