Rosa worked in Commercial Real Estate for over 30 years. She began her career working at The Woodlands Corporation along side several brokers as their assistant as they were building The Woodland’s business market. She worked on contracts in selling and leasing transactions which included industrial, office, retail and land. Rosa acquired her Texas Real Estate License and begin to transition into small office executive suites as Landlord Representation working at The Woodlands Corporation.
Later she joined Palermo Barr and included Church transactions as she move forward in the industry working Tenant Representation transactions.
Rosa later joined SVN | J.Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston as an Advisor where she is still involved with transactions including all aspects of the market for Landlord and Tenant Representation.
