Residing in Leona Valley since 1959, her real estate career began in 1975 with the sale of residential properties and raw land for development in the Santa Clarita Valley. This led to an affiliation with a real estate exchange and counseling office in Los Angeles.
Rosalie founded The Dirt Peddler, in Palmdale, now known as DP Commercial Brokerage, Inc., in 1979. Specializing in the sale of commercial and industrial undeveloped acreage has evolved into the sales, leasing and management of the finished product, including retail centers, office complexes and industrial parks.
