Rose is a Colorado Native and has lived in Golden and Kremmling until 1993. She then moved to Riverton Wyoming and Lived there for 7 years before moving to Loveland in 2001. Her children Conrad and Carlynn have enjoyed Loveland and both still reside there.
Rose has been lucky enough to own and operate many business in her life. she has a very strong background in business and sales. Restaurant marketing, hay marketing and construction management have kept her busy. Real Estate has been her main focus since 2007. Rose loves what she does and doing it full time allows her to be very well educated on the continually changing market.
Rose has a very strong background in Farm and Ranch. Her dad was raised on farms in Colorado and Kansas, the family farm in Kansas is still owned by the Hadlock family. She has worked on several ranches in Kremmling and owned a 180 acre alfalfa farm in Wyoming. Farming and ranching is still an important part of her life, Rose spends as much time as possible at her sisters farm in Casper Wyoming. Farm, ranch, and rural living are very familiar to her and she loves helping clients find that rural property.
In Kremmling Rose's family owned and operated a restaurant for 20 years which she managed for many years. They also owned a construction company, In summer they were kept busy working between the restaurant and the construction jobs.
Since moving to Loveland Rose has owned and worked at their construction company and also obtained her real estate license. The construction company specialized in manufactured homes on land. Rose has worked closely with the planning and building departments in Northern Colorado to see that their client's dreams became a reality. In 2007 after getting her real estate license Rose became a full time agent.
