Rosemarie has been in the Real Estate business for upwards of 20 years. Already an accomplished and successful entrepreneur, she runs her own real estate brokerage, New America Realty, and a mortgage company, MD International Marketing Group, Inc. She knows the market in and out here on the Central Coast of California and is fully dedicated to her job. Rose is the Local Expert in Santa Maria, as seen on Realtor.com®. She is also a notary public making it a complete and full-service real estate company. Rose holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/Communication and graduated with the prestigious honors of "Valedictorian" in her class.

In 2021, Rose faced another milestone in her long list of accomplishments as she faced an array of 18 equally business-minded and successful women in the Mrs. Philippines-Universe competition. She represented the Province of Aurora, won the Mrs. Pearl of the Orient 2021 title, and will be representing the Philippines in the 2022 Mrs. Universe pageant to be held in South Korea in July 2022. She garnered the most votes in Vantle’s Mrs. Universe-Philippines poll and has been featured in several publications including Ganap International, Fashion Art Media, and Legacy One Luxury Magazine.
