Bio
As a Principal at Menashe Properties, Ross serves as the asset manager for a wide portfolio of commercial properties across Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Texas, and Illinois while also overseeing the firm’s acquisitions, dispositions, and loans. Prior to joining Menashe Properties, Ross worked for a real estate development firm, where he managed purchases, sales, loans, construction draws, and the firm’s property management arm. He began his career as a real estate attorney at global law firm Reed Smith LLP, in their Los Angeles office. Ross received his JD and MBA from Loyola Marymount University, and his undergraduate degrees in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also active in the community as a volunteer leader. He currently sits on the Board of BOMA Oregon, the Board of the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, and the Land Use Committee for the Multnomah Athletic Club.
