As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of The Allied Group, Ross Lanford leads the Capital and Development divisions of the company. In addition, he ensures clients are provided the highest level of expertise in every facet of The Allied Group. He personally oversees all aspects of the company including raising private equity, development, redevelopment, debt financing and investor relations. Through his experience in brokerage, property ownership, and asset management, Ross helps the firm’s clients and investors evaluate all aspects of a transaction, determine the best steps to maximize return on investment, and provide a positive impact on the community. Ross has 20+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in well over $1 billion in transaction value. He is a 2003 graduate of the College of Charleston and holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate communication. Ross resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife Erin and three children Brooklyn, Dylan and Jordan.
