With over 18 years of experience, Ross has honed his skills working in the greater Washington, DC real estate market. His honesty, experience, knowledge, dedication and passion help guide his clients through the buying and selling process with ease. Ross has total sales over $400 million and annual sales over $39 million. He is the Founder and Managing Member of The Rockwell Group, a real estate team, at Compass and is a Senior Vice President at Compass. The team sales are over $500 million.
