Roxanne Ribakoff is the business unit President of the ONE DAYTONA campus, owned by NASCAR. Ribakoff oversees the campus across from Daytona International Speedway.
ONE DAYTONA is a 300,000 square-foot premier outdoor mixed-use and entertainment destination anchored by Bass Pro Shops, CMX Daytona Luxury Theatres and GameTime. The campus is also home to NASCAR’s headquarters, two Marriott hotels, including an exclusive Autograph Collection® property, and luxury residential. Additionally, the Shoppes at ONE DAYTONA, located on the eastside of the ONE DAYTONA campus, represents nearly 90,000 square feet of retail, dining, and service tenants.
Prior to joining NASCAR, Ribakoff spent 11 years with GGP, Inc. beginning as an Associate Marketing Manager and advancing through several key management positions with increasing responsibility. In her role as General Manager of Governor’s Square Mall in Tallahassee, Fla. with GGP, she oversaw 1M square feet of retail which produced nearly $200M in annual sales. Ribakoff was also a 10-year team member of Publix Supermarkets, the largest employee-owned supermarket chain in the U.S., where she worked in marketing at its Corporate Headquarters in Lakeland, Fla.
Ribakoff is a member of the Greater Orlando Women in Sports and Events board. She was recognized as a Forty Under 40 by the Daytona Beach News-Journal in 2020 and 2022. Ribakoff earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is married and an active mother of two daughters.
