Bio
At 24, Roy started in real estate by flipping homes. He learned the value of an investment, how to find that investment, and the importance of protecting that investment. With flipping came construction and all that comes with it, for example, building and safety codes, deadlines, and, most importantly, attention to detail. That venture led him into his long-time career as a General Contractor. For over ten years as a GC, Roy was involved in all types of construction in commercial, residential, civil, and industrial that included ground-up buildings from 400 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft. plus renovations and remodels of all kinds. He has done work for the federal government, local municipalities, and private clients. He is currently working towards the prestigious designation of obtaining my CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
Roy's overall life and work experiences have always been able to relate to his clients, and he believes to be an important factor in how clients and customers choose their real estate agents. He boasts over 15 years of knowledge in all aspects of construction and real estate as well as personable life experiences that make me understand and relate to customers and clients of all walks of life.
