He is a Founding Partner in the establishment of DLS Commercial Real Estate 1990-1993 (Cerritos, CA). DLS Commercial Real Estate merged with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services September 1993. He Continuously is involved in sales and leasing of industrial / commercial properties since 1982. He Helps Train new salespeople, as well as training overseas affiliates, while at DAUM and DLS Commercial. He is Involved in over eight (8) ground up Build To Suit Developments.
