Rudy Martinez graduated from The University of the Potomac in Washington DC with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance. After college, Martinez served as the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute's (CHLI) Finance Director. He used his expertise to manage the organization's portfolio of over 1 million dollars and in 2019 he was able to end the year's financials with a first-ever net positive income. Before transitioning into a Real Estate Associate he became well-vested in the stock and options market where he used his strong analytical and research skills to become immensely successful in trading. Rudy currently manages federal grants sourced from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rudy is using his background in federal financial compliance to partner with Jeremie Tavisola who is a commercial real estate expert with over 45 years of practice.
