He has 17 years of experience managing Billon dollar plant construction projects and project management. He founded Banff construction after diverting from an engineering career, now specialized in construction and remodeling for the hospitality industry. Rupak brings extensive expertise in managing complex, large-scale projects that elevate guest experiences through thoughtful design and precise execution. With a deep understanding of the unique demands of the hospitality sector, he lead the planning, design and renovation of hotels, resorts and other hospitality properties, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
