Rupert has been a commercial property agent since 1999, gaining his MRICS qualification in 2001. He started his career at the niche partnership EA Shaw and following its sale in 2012, he spent two years with CBRE before joining South Bank specialist Union Street Partners in April 2015.
He has been dedicated to the South Bank market since long before its rise in popularity and has spent his entire career specialising in the area providing leasing, development and investment advice primarily in the office sector. He has worked with a diverse range of clients over his career, both private and institutional including Great Portland Estates, Workspace, Dorrington, CBRE Global Investors, TH Real Estate, Lake Estates and Hermes.
Rupert lives in Hampshire with his wife and three young children.
