Jim’s son, Russ Boles, joined Summit in 1999. Having spent the majority of his life in and around real estate, brokering was a natural profession for him. Russ grew up in Round Rock and knows well the growth that has occurred in Williamson and Travis Counties. He has served on the Round Rock Planning & Zoning Commission, the Round Rock Public Housing Board and is currently an appointee to the Capital Area Council of Governments (CACOG), Co-Chairman of the Future Fund Giving Circle and Board Member of the Round Rock YMCA. In 2015 Governor Greg Abbott appointed Russ to the Brazos River Authority Board of Directors.
Russ is a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Texas and practices in the area of commercial real estate. In addition to reviewing purchase contracts, he facilitates zoning and entitlement issues for his clients.
