Russell is an equity partner specialising in rent reviews and lease renewals on retail and leisure property throughout London and other major UK cities. He has over 20 years’ experience advising on high street properties as well as shopping centres and leisure schemes.
He acts for institutional and property companies such as Aberdeen Asset Management, Chelsfield, Cheval Property Management, Derwent London, Lazari Investments, Pelham Associates and Schroder Real Estate Investment Management, as well as tenant clients including Nando’s, Hästens, Kathmandu and Morgan Randall.
Russell is also on the RICS President’s Panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts, regularly receiving appointments to act as the third party on rental disputes.
