Rusty Kigelman is a Client Service Specialist in CBRE’s Atlanta Retail Services Group, working on tenant representation (for outparcel users) and landlord representation. In that capacity, Mr. Kigelman collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential product and service markets. He also identifies and monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales and economic development. Mr. Kigelman gathers financial, economic and market information; examines research findings; develops potential hypotheses and formulates strategic business recommendations with the project team. Mr. Kigelman specializes in using industry standard Argus software to analyze commercial real estate assets and transactions, calculate market realities and risks, forecast property and portfolio cash flows and calculate investment values and returns. By generating corollary data, he assesses lending, investing and development risks. Mr. Kigelman is also in charge of marketing. He is responsible for the creation and production of electronic and direct marketing campaigns for the sale or lease of properties. This includes customized property materials, comparable marketing analyses, market and industry research and targeted mailing lists. Before joining CBRE in 2007, Mr. Kigelman worked for Summit Commercial/Neal Interests as a Financial and Market Analyst. Mr. Kigelman received a BS in Economics with an emphasis on economic development and accounting from Georgia State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Kigleman is a licensed real estate sales person in the state of Georgia.
