Over the last 15 years; Ryan Anderton has represented an array of property types and ownership interests, from large national banks and investors to luxury estates. Ryan's passion for real estate has earned him numerous national awards and has driven him to attain real estate Broker licenses in California, Utah & Hawaii. <br /><br />In 2008, Ryan structured the Special Asset Services Division for a major international brokerage and became the Master Broker for one of the nation's largest REO portfolios. He gained an unique ability to evaluate and represent properties of variable types in numerous markets. Ryan was responsible for coordinating valuations of distressed real estate in excess $2.3 billion in in 35 states and completed over $420 Million in closed transactions. <br /><br />Ryan's completion of successful transactions over the last 14 years, has ranked him in the top 1% of all Prudential associates, consisting of 62,000 agents and brokers, numerous times. In 2012, Ryan received the prestigious Pinnacle Award ranking him No. 3 Internationally among his peers for his closed transaction volume. <br /><br />Ryan lives in Healdsburg with his family where, he focuses on the representing Buyers and Sellers of Sonoma County Real Estate with a special emphasis on luxury estate properties, land & vineyard properties and residential homes.
