Ryan Barresi has accumulated over 20 years of experience in real estate and investment mandates having worked for a large Bay Street investment firm and then for many of the largest Canadian developers/builders. Ryan understands the needs of building owners and has the ability to bridge the gap between a potential tenant, their broker, and the building owner which allows for a win/ win transaction.
Ryan specializes in working with owners, developers and investors in acquiring existing income properties. Ryan through his specialization of working with property owners, has worked on disposition and acquisition of properties for his clients. He has worked in all aspects of real estate investment, the buying and selling of retail, industrial, office and multi residential buildings.
Recent assignments included disposition of retail assets for some of Canada’s largest plaza’s owners and the development and leasing of the Hawthorne business park which represents 330,000 square feet of available space for lease.
Ryan has supported the following charities, AIDS Walk Ottawa, and Camp Quality.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College and also has his Ontario Securities License and Commodities Trading License for Canada and USA trading.
