Bio
Ryan Dunn has been excelling in his real estate career for the last 19 years. No two days — or two clients — are alike, and Ryan thrives on the diversity. Every day offers him the opportunity to guide people through one of the largest investments of their lives. From first-time buyers to diversification-driven investors, Ryan commits himself wholeheartedly to every client, offering them broad industry expertise that includes residential, multiunit, and commercial properties. He values the relationship nature of the business and knows that forging connections with people is just as important as any skill or experience. Much of Ryan’s early real estate knowledge came from growing up in Alameda with his father, an agent, and getting a steady glimpse into home showings, client meetings, and his community’s neighborhoods. After Ryan graduated from UC Davis with a managerial economics degree and began developing his niche in the tech landscape, he discovered that his passion was in interacting one-on-one with people. After helping one of his friends search for a new home, he held a newfound appreciation for his father’s career and decided to follow suit, becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2003. After excelling at a large brokerage firm, Ryan joined his dad in the business and earned his broker’s license. Along with Ryan’s natural sales abilities is his adamancy that clients receive the most timely and accurate information to help them make confident decisions. His memberships in the National Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, and the Alameda chapter of the Bay East Association Realtors®, give him further insights into industry changes and updates to help ensure his clients are always knowledgeable. Away from the office, Ryan spends much of his free time with his wife and two young sons. He also enjoys playing basketball and caring for his saltwater fish tanks with vivid fish and corals.
