Bio
Ryan Gorman started his commercial real estate career in 2016 and quickly established himself in the multifamily brokerage industry.
Prior to joining Legacy Commercial Property Advisors, Ryan was with McGraw Commercial Properties where he successfully closed over $500 million in transactions. With a client-centered approach, he has developed strong relationships with both local and national investors and specializes in identifying solid investment opportunities and locating off-market deals specific to the client's investment needs.
Some of his notable clients include Shakiba Capital, Price Family Properties, Norris Development & Construction, Cullor Properties, Goldwynn Residential and Atlas Properties. His brokerage services include sales, analytics, market studies, consultation and marketing.
In addition to multifamily brokerage, Ryan actively works with developers in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Colorado leveraging his invaluable market and asset knowledge to help move the needle on new projects. Ryan grew up in New England and now lives in Tulsa where he is active in his church and sits on the Tulsa CRES Committee.
He enjoys traveling with his two sons, Tyler and Matthew, and hosting weekly bible studies.
