Ryan Hudson is a Vice President of CBRE’s Atlanta Office Tenant Representation Group. In that capacity, he is charged with providing strategic planning and real estate solutions to his clients by offering a comprehensive understanding of their overall corporate goals and objectives. He then leverages his in-depth market knowledge and understanding of current market conditions in order to align his clients’ real estate needs with their business strategy. His primary focus is on headquarters relocations, property acquisitions and dispositions, subleasing and lease renewals for local and multi-market clients.
Mr. Hudson provides real estate consulting services and detailed financial analyses during all phases of a real estate acquisition or disposition assignment, while acting as the single point of accountability and contact for his clients. Before joining CBRE, Mr. Hudson was a member of a top-producing brokerage team at Grubb & Ellis.
Mr. Hudson is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors and is a member of that organization’s Young Council of Realtors. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston. He was also on that university’s varsity tennis team, which he captained in 1996.
