Bio
Ryan Karawan is an associate with the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division. Ryan conducts financial analysis, performs market research, and supports the investment sales team to help deliver exceptional client interactions and experiences. Prior to transferring to the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division, Ryan worked in the HVS Consulting & Valuation division, consulting on numerous existing and proposed hotel assets in support of refinancing, acquisitions, and feasibility studies.
Ryan graduated from the University of Denver (DU) with a Business Administration (BA) degree focused on hospitality. While studying at the DU, he held many internship positions, including one focused on design and development for a project in Saudi Arabia. Before joining HVS in 2022, Ryan worked in hotel operations at properties such as the Hyatt Regency in Denver and the Four Seasons in Miami.
