Ryan Kruzel is a Vice President at Lincoln Advisors, a division of Lincoln Property Company. Ryan joined Lincoln in 2020 and his primary responsibilities are acquisitions, portfolio management, and asset management for a state pension fund separate account. Prior to joining Lincoln, Ryan worked as Vice President of Investments at Pritzker Realty Group focusing on industrial investments and as Vice President at Pearlmark Real Estate where he was tasked with sourcing new office, industrial, and retail investment opportunities. Throughout his career, Ryan has been involved in $800 million of acquisition and development activity, participated in the disposition of properties with an aggregate value over $800 million, and managed 3.8 million SF of commercial assets.
Ryan attended Boston College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Finance. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Associate Board for Chicago-based Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
