As Vice President of Development, Ryan is tasked with leading the overall growth of BGI. Since coming on board in 2020, Ryan has played a critical role in several projects, transactions, creating meaningful business relationships, and opportunities that will benefit BGI and the community well into the future.
Ryan comes to BGI with over fifteen years of real estate experience. Beginning his career as an appraiser, Ryan gained extensive experience and expertise in evaluating real estate and analyzing markets. Prior to joining BGI, Ryan held several leadership roles at ARC Relocation, a small privately held firm where he played a critical part in the success and growth of the business. During Ryan’s time at ARC Relocation, he directly oversaw the acquisition and disposition of over $60,000,000 of real estate.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling, watching football, and spending time with his family.
