Ryan Moody is a senior managing director with Newmark Knight Frank based in the Orlando office. In this role he focuses on multifamily brokerage, investment sales and land sales primarily in the Greater Orlando and Central Florida markets. In addition, he also assists the Tampa Bay and North Florida markets in this capacity. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Moody headed RE/MAX Town Centre’s Commercial / Multifamily Division in Orlando where he oversaw multifamily brokerage. While there Mr. Moody was ranked number one in the state of Florida for RE/MAX Commercial in 2013, 2015 and 2016 and he was ranked number 18 in the world for RE/MAX International in 2016.
Education
Mr. Moody earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management from the University of Central Florida. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2015.
