Ryan specializes in industrial, office, and investor relations. Representing both tenants/landlords as well as buyers/sellers, Ryan utilizes his experience working in a electrical distribution hub combined with his real estate knowledge to provide a unique and firsthand perspective for industrial users. He also uses his market expertise and experience in residential sales and reconstructions to provide investors with a library of actionable critique and off market deals.
Ryan graduated from IUPUI in May of 2020. During his time in college he worked as a residential real estate agent for two years at Allegiant Realty LLC handling both listing and buyer representation transactions. He also utilized his time in college to invest in the residential market, buying and remodeling homes, and selling for a profit.
