Ryan is a successful tenant rep and landlord broker. He provides an exceptional experience utilizing his 20 years as a retail consultant and leasing specialist. He has a passion for all things retail specifically auto related, gas stations, and shopping centers. Currently Ryan and his coworkers work daily with Maverik Gas Stations, Quick Quack Car Wash, and Autozone in the Northern California Markets.
He is well educated on all areas of Northern California with an emphasis on the Central Valley to Oregon border surrounding the greater Sacramento area region. Ryan looks through the lens of the retailer utilizing his own experience being responsible for a 15 store retail and multi state operation. Ryan graduated with a degree in Economics from California State University, Sacramento.
