Bio
President, represents the company’s third generation of family leadership. He grew up working summers as a laborer at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ construction sites. Ryan joined the company full time in 2011 and today is responsible for overseeing Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ construction, leasing, property management and human resources departments, and ensuring the firm’s operational efficiencies. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Villanova University, and from 2009 to 2011 worked as a political fundraiser in Lower Manhattan. Since 2013, Ryan has studied at the NYU School of Professional Studies Schack Institute of Real Estate.
