Ryan Sciullo is a Senior Vice President and leads the Mid-Atlantic region of CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP). The NRP is the leading retail investment sales team in the country, backed by the most powerful retail and capital markets platforms in the world. Ryan is responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, marketing the team’s assignments and executing the team’s business objectives. Ryan focuses on a strategic level with clients to help them achieve their objectives and optimum results. During Ryan’s career at CBRE, he has been involved in the sale of multiple transactions comprising over $8 billion of investment real estate and has experience in receiverships, asset disposition for real estate lenders, corporate sale-leasebacks and 1031 exchange transactions.
