Bio
Ranked #15 Broker in New York City by The Real Deal Magazine, July 2012 Star of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing NY" Ryan Serhant's rapid rise as one of the top producers at Nest Seekers International was inevitable. Building his growing reputation through hard work, client advocacy, and innovative thinking, Ryan sets his expectations high. He quickly became one of the youngest sales managers in the city, heading sales on-site at development projects throughout Manhattan because he has perfected the art of the deal. Ryan is a strong and savvy negotiator whether his client is the buyer or the seller. He never leaves his client's corner. Your home is most likely your largest investment, and Ryan knows what's behind the money you've earned. That's why all of his experience, capabilities, and resources are focused on one objective: to help you invest wisely. His approach to helping you buy or sell your home is based on his time-tested way of doing business. Ryan offers his clients intelligent counsel based on research, intellect and hard work - an approach that has helped hundreds of clients work toward their real estate goals already. Ryan's seasoned experience, sharp instincts, foresight and ability to anticipate market trends, enables him to lead and create opportunities for buyers and sellers in up, down, volatile and changing markets. Living in the Financial District for quite some time now, Ryan is an expert on the Downtown market. You can usually catch him giving tours on the weekends of buildings and neighborhood hot-spots up and down Broadway from the FiDi through Tribeca and SoHo. Growing up with two brothers and three sisters, Ryan is no stranger to competition. He thrives on the perseverance needed to rival the oldest veterans in the business. His tenacity led him to receive his BA in English Literature and Theatre from Hamilton College, and then to pursue real estate in Manhattan after a short stint on a soap opera.
