Ryan Spradling is part of the Capital Markets team for San Diego and Orange county area; he specializes in institutional property leasing and sales in the south and central San Diego Submarkets, including Downtown National City, Chula Vista, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, Miramar, and Kearny Mesa; and Orange county area. He is part of a co-broker team responsible for over 10 million square feet of industrial, R&D and office space in the central and south San Diego area. Ryan has close to 20 years of experience in commercial real estate focusing on representing landlords and tenants in negotiating all aspects of a purchase or lease transaction. He specializes in working with specific investors and understanding their acquisition platforms to achieve their intended goals. He has been involved in over 200 lease transactions with a total consideration of over $100M and 19 sale transactions with a total consideration of over $80M.
