Ryan S. Stoller is a Principal at Venture One and Head of Development for the company. Since joining Venture One in 2015, Ryan has sourced and overseen the development of over 15 million square feet of industrial real estate in the Chicagoland area, representing over $2B in value.
Prior to being a Principal at Venture One, Ryan served as Senior Vice President of Investments at KTR Capital Partners and was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of prospective investments for KTR in the Midwest. During his 8-year tenure at KTR, Mr. Stoller and his team acquired and developed over 70 million square feet of industrial real estate.
Ryan began his real estate career at First Industrial Realty Trust and the Trammell Crow Company after receiving a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and Consulting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
