With over 14 years of real estate development experience, Ryan serves as Chief Operating Officer for Agracel, Inc. Ryan came to Agracel in 2006 as a Business Development Associate and later as the Director of Acquisitions and Development. In his role as Executive Vice President, Ryan oversees all Development and Marketing Operations for Agracel, including the satellite offices in South Carolina, Mississippi, Ohio and Tennessee.
Mr. Witges works alongside the Construction and Development team to ensure projects are completed successfully for Agracel, our clients and all stakeholders. He maintains a strong industry network with a focus on the brokerage community and leads Agracel’s building acquisitions and dispositions.
His professional affiliations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and Greater Effingham Alliance Board Member. Ryan also serves on the Teutopolis Education Foundation and coaches his children’s youth sports teams.
Ryan graduated with his Bachelor of Science of Business Management from Indiana State University and is a licensed real estate broker.
