Sal Nicotra has an extensive real estate career spanning over 35 years. During this time he has accumulated experience as an active broker and principal having personally owned over 1,000 apartment units and managing over 6,000 apartment units in addition to construction of office buildings ranging from 14,000-125,000 square feet. Prior to joining Chozick Realty, Sal was the top producer in a company of over 650 agents. Sal's personal experience in real estate brokerage, management and construction offers his clients outstanding representation and knowledge.

Outside of real estate, Sal owned a FBO aviation business at Brainard Airport in Hartford. He also owned and operated a commuter helicopter service from Hartford to Manhattan. As an accomplished equestrian, Sal built a commercial stable and riding arena for thoroughbred horses. In his spare time, Sal is an avid runner, recently running New York City, Philadelphia and Hartford marathons in the U.S. as well as Athens, Greece and Venice, Italy marathons abroad.
